Is summer here?

What is that big yellow thing in the sky? Could it be the sun and if so lets hope its here to stay for a while!

Helen and I have decided to take a break from classes in August as people are away here and there, and it will also give us a chance to recharge our batteries and create some exciting new projects for the classes when they resume in September.

Here is a picture of the Flower Treat Holder and matching card we will be making in September. Class details are on the class page and remember, booking essential so that we have enough materials for all that want to take part.

If however you are having crafty withdrawal symptoms, there are still places left at the "craft & create" sessions on Wedneday at the Wick Week where you will be able to make a real flower posy and card for £5 - a bargin! Not many on the evening one but quite a few left on the afternoon one.

Although I may be a bit quite during the hols, behind the scenes I will be working hard. There is a new Winter mini catalogue out on 1st September and I hope to be playing with some of the fabulous Christmas papers and stamps that will be available, and the new main Catalogue will be released on 1st October, so lots to look forward to.

Here is the card that you will be making if you decide to come and join us at Wick Week on 25th July. The colours may vary, but the design will be the same. Hope you like it!

Well where is the summer. Might start the Christmas cards if this weather continues!

There will be no card classes in August due to summer holidays!!!

However I will be at the Wick Hall on Wednesday 25th July as part of the annual Wick Week activites, where Michelle from the Flower Shop and I will be running two create and craft sessions. They will be 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. The cost is £5 for a session and bookings and payment can be made to the Flower Shop or the Wick Information Centre. Space are limited so dont delay if you fancy joining us. Last year the arrangements the ladies went home with were beautiful and everybody said how much they enjoyed themselves.
